Terms and Conditions


 

By booking with The Next Chapter Travel Co, you agree to the following:
 

Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.

  • Your place is not confirmed until this deposit is received.


Payments

  • Remaining payments must be made by the due dates provided.

  • Missed payments may result in cancellation and loss of funds paid.
     

Cancellations & Refunds

  • The initial deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payments made after the deposit:

    • Fully refundable up to 45 days before departure

    • Non-refundable within 30 days of departure

  • Cancellations between 45–30 days may be partially refunded depending on unrecoverable costs.


Travel Insurance (Required)

  • Travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers.

  • Your policy must cover cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.

  • We are not responsible for any losses due to unforeseen circumstances.


Changes

  • Changes requested by you may incur additional costs.

  • We reserve the right to adjust itineraries if needed, with suitable alternatives provided.


Responsibility

  • We are not liable for third-party suppliers, delays, or events beyond our control.


Health & Fitness

  • You must be fit to travel and disclose any relevant medical conditions before booking.


Agreement

  • By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.
